FIU doesnt have that big of an IS bias but OOS tuition is like 65k a year so keep that in mind. UCF is fairly IS biased so Idk about that one. USF is IS biased for the CORE program, the SELECT program that has you up in Allentown, PA instead is OOS friendly so if youre okay with spending 2 years of med school in PA go for it.
